Susan Cherner is a partner of the firm and devotes her practice, exclusively, to family law. Her practice includes divorce, alimony, child support, child custody, pre-nuptial agreements, co-habitation agreements, post-divorce cases and related matters.
Susan is a member of the Family Law Sections of the Delaware County and Pennsylvania Bar Associations. In 2005, she served as President of the Delaware County Bar Association's Family Law Section, and in 2003, she was the recipient of the Section's Eric Turner Award. She has served as a judge pro tem in the Family Law Division of the Delaware County Court of Common Pleas. In 2007, 2008 and 2009, she was named a "Pennsylvania Super Lawyer" by Philadelphia Magazine. She has an AV rating, the highest rating awarded by The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Rating system, based on the confidential opinions of members of the Bar and the Judiciary. Susan received her B.A. in 1971, magna cum laude, from Bryn Mawr College. She is a 1974 graduate of Villanova Law School.

Tim Broadt regularly advises clients on their selection of a business entity for their new endeavor. After establishing the entity, such as a corporation or limited liability company, he works with the client to create the company's organization documents. Tim also represents clients with their business acquisitions and mergers, as well as their financing matters, business litigation, and leasing.
Tim also works with builders and real estate developers. He represents them in land development planning, zoning, title and boundary disputes. He also focuses on real estate tax assessment appeals, and real estate acquisition and financing.
Tim's third concentration is estate planning, wills, and trust and estate administration.
Two of Tim's clients are Pat Croce, the former President of the Philadelphia '76ers, and Select Medical Corporation, a national healthcare company with acute care hospitals and over 1,000 physical therapy facilities.
For the last five years Tim has been named a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer and has an AV Rating, the highest rating available by Martindale-Hubbell's Peer Review rating system.
Tim received his B.A. degree in 1971 from Franklin and Marshall College and his J.D. from Temple University in 1974 where he served as an editor of the Temple Law Review. In 1982 he received his master's degree in Taxation from Temple University.

Kathleen Farrell is a partner in the firm and focuses her practice on the representation of individuals in the areas of estate planning and administration, real estate and family law.
Ms. Farrell held a judicial clerkship for The Honorable John F. Reilly, Delaware County Court of Common Pleas, 1988-1989. She received her juris doctorate degree from Delaware Law School in 1987, after receiving her B.A. degree from Chestnut Hill College in 1978 and an M.A. degree from Villanova University in 1982.
Since 1987, she has been admitted to both Pennsylvania and New Jersey state bars as well as the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. She was admitted to the United States Supreme Court in 1992.
Kathleen is a member of the Delaware County Bar Association, the Chester County Bar Association, and the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Bar Associations.
